Seller conditions

 

The assignor deposits the goods for sale at auction at a starting price established by mutual agreement. The starting figure constitutes the minimum price of sale.

The assignor guarantees that he is the owner of the assets deposited or that he is validly authorized by the legitimate owner, being able, therefore, to have them free of claims, encumbrances and other encumbrances.

Conditions Buyers
