With an inscription on the back “De Maella”, an interesting composition of Saint Joseph with the Child Jesus in his arms, with bright colors and sinuous brushstrokes, this composition, already entered Rococo, connects with the models of the Aragonese school of Maella, although without ruling out a Possible authorship of an anonymous Novohispano due to the soft lines and way of painting the eyes and faces of both characters.
