Exquisite pair of finely chiseled gilt bronze plates with Spanish silver frames from the 18th century. Possibly the bronze plaques were the doors of an ancient Flemish portable tabernacle. Measurements: 35.5 x 22 cm. Late 16th century early 17th century work.
